Furthermore the LORD spoke to me, saying, I have seen this people, and, look, it is a stiff-necked people:

14 Let me alone, that I may destroy them, and blot out their name from under heaven: and I will make of you a nation mightier and greater than they.
3 To a land flowing with milk and honey: for I will not go up in your midst; for you are a stiff-necked people: lest I consume you on the way.
16 But they and our forefathers acted proudly, hardened their necks, and did not heed Your commandments.
17 They refused to obey, and were not mindful of Your wonders that You did among them. But they hardened their necks, and in their rebellion appointed a leader to return to their bondage. But You are a God ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abundant in kindness, and did not forsake them.
18 Even when they made a molten calf for themselves, and said, 'This is your God that brought you up out of Egypt,' and committed great provocations,
16 Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no longer stubborn.
16 And I looked, and, behold, you had sinned against the LORD your God, and had made for yourselves a molten calf: you had quickly turned aside out of the way which the LORD had commanded you.
26 I prayed therefore to the LORD, and said, O Lord GOD, do not destroy your people and your inheritance, which you have redeemed through your greatness, which you have brought out of Egypt with a mighty hand.
27 Remember your servants, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; do not look at the stubbornness of this people, nor at their wickedness, nor at their sin:
9 And he said, "If now I have found grace in your sight, O Lord, forgive our iniquity and our sin, and accept us as your inheritance."
10 And he said, "Behold, I make a covenant: before all your people I will do wonders, such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any nation; and all the people among whom you are shall see the work of the LORD, for it is an awesome thing that I will do with you."
9 That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children who will not hear the law of the LORD:
14 Nevertheless they would not listen, but stiffened their necks, like their fathers, who did not believe in the LORD their God.
11 For the LORD spoke thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying,
11 And the LORD said to Moses, How long will this people provoke me? and how long will it be before they believe me, for all the signs which I have shown among them?
1 Then the LORD said to me, Though Moses and Samuel stood before me, yet my mind could not be toward this people: cast them out of my sight, and let them go forth.
8 Now do not be stiff-necked, as your fathers were, but yield yourselves to the LORD, and enter into His sanctuary, which He has sanctified forever: and serve the LORD your God, that the fierceness of His wrath may turn away from you.
27 For I know your rebellion, and your stiff neck: behold, while I am yet alive with you this day, you have been rebellious against the LORD; and how much more after my death?
7 But the house of Israel will not listen to you; for they will not listen to me: for all the house of Israel are obstinate and hardhearted.
26 Yet they did not listen to me, nor incline their ear, but stiffened their neck: they did worse than their fathers.
29 You testified against them, that You might bring them back to Your law. Yet they acted proudly and did not heed Your commandments but sinned against Your judgments, which if a man does, he shall live by them. And they shrugged their shoulders, stiffened their necks, and would not hear.
24 You have been rebellious against the LORD from the day that I knew you.
4 For they are impudent children and hardhearted. I do send you to them; and you shall say to them, Thus says the Lord GOD.
13 And Moses said to the LORD, Then the Egyptians will hear it, (for you brought up this people in your might from among them;)
23 But this people has a revolting and a rebellious heart; they have revolted and gone.
9 But have done evil above all that were before you: for you have gone and made for yourself other gods, and molten images, to provoke me to anger, and have cast me behind your back:
15 Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring upon this city and upon all her towns all the disaster that I have pronounced against it, because they have hardened their necks, that they might not hear my words.
9 Thus says the LORD, After this manner will I mar the pride of Judah, and the great pride of Jerusalem.
13 And the LORD said to Moses, Rise early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say to him, Thus says the LORD God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me.
1 And the LORD said to Moses, Go in to Pharaoh; for I have hardened his heart, and the heart of his servants, so that I may show these my signs before him:

4 Because I knew that you are obstinate, and your neck is an iron sinew, and your brow as bronze;
8 Also in Horeb you provoked the LORD to wrath, so that the LORD was angry with you to destroy you.
20 And the anger of the LORD was hot against Israel; and he said, Because this people have transgressed my covenant which I commanded their fathers, and have not listened to my voice;
23 But they obeyed not, neither inclined their ear, but made their neck stiff, that they might not hear, nor receive instruction.
7 Then I will cut off Israel from the land which I have given them; and this house, which I have hallowed for My name, I will cast out of My sight; and Israel shall be a proverb and a byword among all people:
26 But the LORD was angry with me for your sakes and would not hear me; and the LORD said to me: Enough! Do not speak to me anymore about this matter.
13 And the LORD says, Because they have forsaken my law which I set before them, and have not obeyed my voice, nor walked in it;
14 And the LORD said to Moses, Pharaoh's heart is hardened, he refuses to let the people go.
1 Hear this word that the LORD has spoken against you, O children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt, saying,
13 Therefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near to me with their mouth, and with their lips do honor me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:
