Untie them and bring them to me. 3 If anyone says anything to you, say, ‘The Lord needs them,’ and he will send them immediately. 4 This took place so that what had been spoken through the prophet might be fulfilled: 5 'Say to the daughter of Zion: See, your King is coming to you, gentle and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a beast of burden.' 6 The disciples went and did just as Jesus instructed them. 7 They brought the donkey and the colt, placed their cloaks on them, and he sat on them. 8 A very large crowd spread their cloaks on the road, while others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road. 9 The crowds who went ahead of him and those who followed were shouting, 'Hosanna to the Son of David! Hosanna in the highest!' 10 When he entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred and asked, 'Who is this?' 11 The crowds answered, 'This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth in Galilee.'

Untie it and bring it here.' 31 'If anyone asks you, “Why are you untying it?” say this: “The Lord needs it.”' 32 So those who were sent departed and found it just as he had told them. 33 As they were untying the colt, its owners said to them, 'Why are you untying the colt?' 34 They replied, 'The Lord needs it.' 35 They brought it to Jesus, and after throwing their garments on the colt, they helped Jesus get on it. 36 As he rode along, they spread their garments on the road. 37 Now as he was approaching the descent of the Mount of Olives, the whole crowd of disciples began, rejoicing, to praise God with loud voices for all the miracles they had seen. 38 They were saying, 'Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord!
