11And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.
20Brothers and sisters, do not be children in your thinking. Be infants in regard to evil, but in your thinking be mature.
17Therefore, I say this and testify in the Lord: You should no longer walk as the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their minds.
18They are darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardness of their hearts.

21I fear that when I come again, my God will humble me before you, and I will grieve over many who have sinned earlier and have not repented of the impurity, sexual immorality, and sensuality they have practiced.
