Indeed, not even half of your great wisdom was told to me; you have far exceeded the report I heard. 7 How blessed are your men, and how blessed are these servants who stand continually before you and hear your wisdom! 8 May the LORD your God be praised! He delighted in you and placed you on his throne as king for the LORD your God. Because of His love for Israel and His desire to uphold them forever, He has made you king over them to govern with justice and righteousness. 9 Then she gave the king a hundred twenty talents of gold, a great quantity of spices, and precious stones. There had never been such spices as those the queen of Sheba gave to King Solomon. 10 Moreover, the servants of Huram and the servants of Solomon, who had brought gold from Ophir, also brought algum wood and precious stones. 11 The king made the algum wood into steps for the house of the LORD and the king's palace, also harps and lyres for the singers. Nothing like them had ever been seen before in the land of Judah. 12 King Solomon gave the queen of Sheba all she desired and asked for, in addition to what she had brought to the king. Then she turned and went back to her own land with her servants.
