24The LORD replied, 'Go down and bring Aaron up with you. But the priests and the people must not force their way up to the LORD, or He will break out against them.'
25So Moses went down to the people and told them.
4When the LORD saw that he turned aside to look, God called to him out of the bush and said, 'Moses, Moses!' And Moses replied, 'Here I am.'
5God said, 'Do not come any closer. Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground.'
6Then he said, 'I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.' At this, Moses hid his face because he was afraid to look at God.
8And whenever Moses went out to the tent, all the people would rise and stand at the entrance to their tents, watching Moses until he entered the tent.
9As Moses entered the tent, the pillar of cloud would descend and stand at the entrance of the tent, and the LORD would speak with Moses.
30When Aaron and all the Israelites saw Moses, his face was radiant, and they were afraid to come near him.
23When you heard the voice from the darkness, while the mountain was ablaze with fire, all the heads of your tribes and your elders came to me.
5So they brought what Moses commanded to the front of the Tent of Meeting. Then the entire assembly came near and stood before the LORD.
