31From the day it was built until now, this city has caused My anger and My wrath so great that I must remove it from My presence.
32It is because of all the evil that the sons of Israel and the sons of Judah have done to provoke Me to anger. Their kings, princes, priests, prophets, the men of Judah, and the residents of Jerusalem have all been guilty.
7They set Your sanctuary on fire; they profaned the dwelling place of Your name, bringing it to the ground.
6And He said to me, 'Son of man, do you see what they are doing—the great abominations that the house of Israel is committing here, to drive me far from my sanctuary? But you will see even greater abominations.'

8But they rebelled against me and would not listen to me; none of them got rid of the detestable things their eyes were set on, nor did they forsake the idols of Egypt. So I said I would pour out my wrath on them and unleash my anger against them in the midst of the land of Egypt.
