3For you have already spent enough time in the past doing what the Gentiles choose to do, living in debauchery, lust, drunkenness, orgies, carousing, and detestable idolatry.
4They are surprised that you do not join them in their reckless, wild living, and they heap abuse on you.
20No, but what the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I do not want you to become participants with demons.
19For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, sexual immoralities, thefts, false testimonies, and slanders.
31Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, shouting, and slander be removed from you, along with all malice.
3For you are still worldly. Since there is jealousy, strife, and divisions among you, are you not worldly and living like mere humans?
