10 He defiled Topheth, which is in the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, so no one could make his son or daughter pass through the fire to Molech.
15 Be careful not to make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, for when they prostitute themselves to their gods and sacrifice to them, they will invite you, and you will eat from their sacrifices.
16 And when you take some of their daughters as wives for your sons, their daughters will lead your sons to prostitute themselves to their gods.

4 Do not turn to idols or make gods of cast metal for yourselves. I am the LORD your God.
24 Do not defile yourselves by any of these practices, for the nations I am driving out before you have defiled themselves by all these things.
8 Say to them: Anyone from the house of Israel or any foreigner living among them who offers a burnt offering or sacrifice
25 When you have children and grandchildren and have grown old in the land, and if you act corruptly and make a carved image in the form of anything, doing what is evil in the sight of the LORD your God to provoke Him to anger,
6 But that prophet or dreamer must be put to death, because he encouraged rebellion against the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt and redeemed you from the house of slavery, to lead you away from the path the LORD your God commanded you to follow. You must purge the evil from among you.
2 Say to the Israelites, 'Any man from the Israelites or from the foreigners residing in Israel who gives any of his children to Molech shall surely be put to death. The people of the land shall stone him with stones.
17 Let him live among you wherever he chooses, in whichever town he prefers. Do not oppress him.
18 When such a person hears the words of this curse, they may bless themselves in their heart and say, 'I will have peace, even though I walk in the stubbornness of my heart.' This will lead to the destruction of both the well-watered and the dry.
