27Now why have you not rebuked Jeremiah of Anathoth, who has been prophesying to you?

12Say to the rebellious house, ‘Do you not understand what these things mean? Tell them: The king of Babylon came to Jerusalem, took its king and officials, and brought them back with him to Babylon.
9So do not listen to your prophets, diviners, dreamers, soothsayers, or sorcerers who say to you, ‘You will not serve the king of Babylon.’

7You have even appointed prophets to proclaim on your behalf in Jerusalem, saying, 'There is a king in Judah!' Now this report will get back to the king. So come, let us consult together."
5Then the prophet Jeremiah responded to the prophet Hananiah in the presence of the priests and all the people standing in the house of the LORD.
1The word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord when Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon, and all his army, along with all the kingdoms under his dominion and all the peoples, were fighting against Jerusalem and all of its cities, saying:
5He will take Zedekiah to Babylon, where he will stay until I deal with him, declares the LORD. If you fight against the Chaldeans, you will not succeed.
19I will do this because they have not listened to my words—this is the LORD's declaration—that I sent to them again and again through my servants the prophets. And you also have not listened—this is the LORD's declaration.
20So hear the word of the LORD, all you exiles I have sent from Jerusalem to Babylon.
15Listen! They are saying to me, 'Where is the word of the LORD? Let it now be fulfilled!'
30Then the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, saying:
12But Jeremiah said to all the officials and all the people, 'The LORD sent me to prophesy against this house and this city all the words you have heard.'
17Then Jeremiah said to Zedekiah, "This is what the LORD God Almighty, the God of Israel, says: ‘If you surrender to the officers of the king of Babylon, your life will be spared and this city will not be burned down; you and your family will live.
18But if you will not surrender to the officers of the king of Babylon, this city will be given into the hands of the Babylonians, and they will burn it down; you yourself will not escape from their hands.’"
1These are the words of the letter that the prophet Jeremiah sent from Jerusalem to the remaining elders of the exile, the priests, the prophets, and all the people whom Nebuchadnezzar had carried into exile from Jerusalem to Babylon.
7Nevertheless, listen now to this word I am speaking in your hearing and in the hearing of all the people:
15Then the prophet Jeremiah said to the prophet Hananiah, 'Listen now, Hananiah, the LORD has not sent you, but you have led this people to trust in falsehood.'
14Then King Zedekiah sent for Jeremiah the prophet and had him brought to the third entrance to the temple of the LORD. "I am going to ask you something," the king said to Jeremiah. "Do not hide anything from me."
15Jeremiah said to Zedekiah, "If I give you an answer, will you not put me to death? And even if I did give you advice, you would not listen to me."
3Rather, Baruch son of Neriah is inciting you against us to hand us over to the Chaldeans, to be killed or deported to Babylon.
12Then the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, saying:
36Now therefore, this is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says concerning this city about which you are saying, 'It has been handed over to the king of Babylon through sword, famine, and plague':
