18And immediately something like scales fell from his eyes, and he received his sight at once, and he arose and was baptized.
27But Barnabas took him and brought him to the apostles, and declared to them how he had seen the Lord on the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus.
13Came to me, and stood, and said to me, Brother Saul, receive your sight. And at that very moment, I looked up at him.
14And he said, The God of our fathers has chosen you, that you should know his will and see that Righteous One, and should hear the voice of his mouth.
15For you shall be his witness to all men of what you have seen and heard.
21And he said to me, Depart, for I will send you far away to the Gentiles.
22Saying, The Son of Man must suffer many things, and be rejected by the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised the third day.

19And I said, Lord, they know that I imprisoned and beat in every synagogue those who believed in you.
