17And now, brethren, I know that through ignorance you did it, as did also your rulers.
21Because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened.
22Professing to be wise, they became fools,
10But these speak evil of whatever they do not know; and whatever they know naturally, like brute beasts, in these things they corrupt themselves.
2For I know the eagerness of your mind, for which I boast about you to the people of Macedonia, that Achaia was ready a year ago; and your zeal has inspired many.
9What then? Are we better than they? Not at all: for we have already charged both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;
13For neither do they themselves who are circumcised keep the law; but desire to have you circumcised, so that they may boast in your flesh.
17Behold, you are called a Jew, and rest in the law, and make your boast of God,
18And know His will, and approve the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law;
11I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? Certainly not! But through their fall, salvation has come to the Gentiles, to provoke them to jealousy.
34Awake to righteousness and do not sin; for some do not have the knowledge of God. I speak this to your shame.
18Having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart;
8For God is my witness, how greatly I long for you all with the affection of Jesus Christ.

16Forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they might be saved, to fill up their sins always; but the wrath has come upon them to the utmost.
13Now I would not have you ignorant, brothers, that I often planned to come to you, (but was hindered until now,) that I might have some fruit among you also, just as among other Gentiles.

20Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
