17'And the way of peace they have not known:'
18'There is no fear of God before their eyes.'
5But to him who does not work, but believes in him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
6Even as David also describes the blessedness of the man to whom God credits righteousness apart from works,
12For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned under the law shall be judged by the law;
13For it is not the hearers of the law who are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.
14For when the Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law to themselves:
15Who show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts alternately accusing or else excusing each other;)
16Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by the faith in Christ and not by the works of the law, for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.
17But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is Christ therefore a minister of sin? God forbid.

8But to those who are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath,

9Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous person, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,
30For as you were once disobedient to God, yet have now obtained mercy through their disobedience,
