14Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what partnership can righteousness have with lawlessness? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness?
16What agreement can there be between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: 'I will dwell among them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be my people.'
17Therefore, 'Come out from among them and be separate,' says the Lord. 'Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.'

17But whoever is united with the Lord is one with Him in spirit.

9I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people.
10I did not at all mean the sexually immoral people of this world, or the greedy, or swindlers, or idolaters. In that case, you would have to leave the world.
