    28So one of the priests who had been taken captive from Samaria came back and lived in Bethel. He taught them how they should fear the Lord.

  • 19But even Judah did not keep the commandments of the Lord their God. They followed the practices of Israel as the Israelites had done.

  • 28There you will serve gods made by human hands—objects of wood and stone that cannot see, hear, eat, or smell.
