4 On that day, they will take up a taunt against you and wail with bitter lament, saying: 'We are utterly ruined; my people's inheritance is divided. How it has been taken away from me! He removes our fields and gives them to traitors.'
28 Because of your raging against Me and your arrogance that has reached My ears, I will put My hook in your nose and My bridle in your lips, and I will turn you back by the way you came.
4 'If they go into captivity before their enemies, from there I will command the sword to kill them. I will set My eyes on them for harm and not for good.'
14 The Lord of Hosts has sworn by Himself, 'Surely, I will fill you with men as numerous as locusts, and they will raise a shout of triumph over you.'
17 Therefore, this is what the Lord says: 'Your wife will become a prostitute in the city, your sons and daughters will fall by the sword, your land will be divided up with a measuring line, and you yourself will die in a polluted land. Israel will surely go into exile away from their homeland.'

14 Will your heart stand firm? Will your hands be strong when I deal with you? I, the LORD, have spoken, and I will do it.

19 You have profaned me among my people for handfuls of barley and scraps of bread. By lying to my people, who listen to lies, you have killed those who should not have died and spared those who should not live.
20 Therefore, this is what the Lord GOD says: Behold, I am against your magic bands with which you hunt lives like birds, and I will tear them from your arms. I will free the people that you have ensnared like birds.
17 They will consume your harvest and your bread, devour your sons and daughters, eat your flocks and herds, and consume your vines and fig trees. With the sword, they will destroy your fortified cities in which you trust.
7 Therefore, this is what the Lord God says: The slain you have put within it—they are the meat, and this city is the pot. But I will bring you out of it.
8 You have feared the sword, so I will bring the sword against you, declares the Lord God.
18 Woe to those who drag iniquity with cords of falsehood and sin as if with cart ropes!
22 As silver is melted in a furnace, so you will be melted in it, and you will know that I, the LORD, have poured out my wrath upon you.
13 Now I will break their yoke from your neck and tear your shackles away.
