33All Israel, along with their elders, officers, and judges, stood on both sides of the ark of the covenant of the Lord, facing the Levitical priests who were carrying it. Both the sojourner and the native-born were present. 18Cursed will be the fruit of your womb, the produce of your land, the offspring of your cattle, and the increase of your flocks.
19Cursed will you be when you come in, and cursed will you be when you go out.
20The LORD will send curses, confusion, and rebuke in everything you undertake until you are destroyed and come to sudden ruin because of the evil of your deeds, by which you have forsaken Me.
45All these curses will come upon you, pursue you, and overtake you until you are destroyed, because you did not obey the voice of the LORD your God by keeping His commandments and statutes that He commanded you.

16For I command you today to love the LORD your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments, statutes, and judgments, so that you may live and multiply, and the LORD your God may bless you in the land you are entering to possess.

15But just as all the good things the LORD your God promised you have come to pass, so too the LORD will bring upon you the bad things He threatened, until He has destroyed you from this good land that the LORD your God has given you.
17Then the LORD’s anger will burn against you, and He will shut up the heavens so that there will be no rain, and the land will yield no produce. Then you will soon perish from the good land the LORD is giving you.
29When the Lord your God cuts off the nations before you, the nations you are entering to dispossess, and you drive them out and live in their land,
10When the LORD your God brings you into the land He swore to your ancestors—Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob—to give to you, with cities great and good that you did not build,
8And you will again obey the LORD and follow all His commandments that I am giving you today.
3Say to them, ‘This is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says: Cursed is the one who does not listen to the words of this covenant.
63Just as it pleased the LORD to make you prosper and multiply, so it will please Him to ruin and destroy you. You will be uprooted from the land you are entering to possess.
64Then the LORD will scatter you among all nations, from one end of the earth to the other, and there you will serve other gods—gods of wood and stone, which neither you nor your ancestors have known.
6You will be blessed when you come in, and you will be blessed when you go out.
6Now, please come and curse this people for me, because they are too powerful for me. Perhaps I will be able to defeat them and drive them out of the land. For I know that whoever you bless is blessed, and whoever you curse is cursed.
18I declare to you today that you shall surely perish and will not live long in the land you are crossing the Jordan to enter and possess.
19I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you today, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore, choose life, so that you and your descendants may live,

17Gather all the spoil of that city into its public square and burn the city and all its plunder as a complete offering to the LORD your God. It must remain a ruin forever, never to be rebuilt.
7Turn and set out on your journey, and go to the hill country of the Amorites and to all their neighbors—the Arabah, the hill country, the lowlands, the Negev, and the seacoast, the land of the Canaanites, and Lebanon, as far as the great river, the River Euphrates.
10You will eat and be satisfied, and you will bless the Lord your God for the good land He has given you.
13The LORD will make you the head and not the tail, and you will only go upwards and not downwards, if you listen to the commandments of the LORD your God that I am commanding you today, to observe and to do them.
28'Assemble before me all the elders of your tribes and all your officials, so that I can speak these words in their hearing and call heaven and earth to testify against them.
11The LORD will make you prosper abundantly in the fruit of your womb, in the offspring of your livestock, and in the produce of your land on the land that the LORD swore to your fathers to give you.
5This is because they did not meet you with bread and water on your way out of Egypt, and because they hired Balaam son of Beor from Pethor of Aram Naharaim to curse you.
8Therefore, keep every commandment I am giving you today, so that you may be strong and go in and take possession of the land that you are crossing over to inherit.
