  • 7then he may minister in the name of the LORD his God like all his fellow Levites who serve there before the LORD.

  • 3Set a guard over my mouth, LORD; keep watch over the door of my lips.

  • 10He has brought you and all your fellow Levites near to Him, but now you are demanding the priesthood as well!

  • 11Her leaders judge for a bribe, her priests teach for a price, and her prophets practice divination for silver. Yet they lean on the LORD, saying, 'Is not the LORD among us? No disaster will come upon us.'

  • 2So you may preserve discretion, and your lips may guard knowledge.

  • 12For when there is a change in the priesthood, there must also be a change in the law.

  • 4He also commanded the people living in Jerusalem to give the portion due to the priests and Levites so that they could devote themselves fully to the Law of the Lord.
