11For the house of Israel and the house of Judah have been thoroughly unfaithful to Me, declares the Lord.

7For the vineyard of the Lord of Hosts is the house of Israel, and the people of Judah are the planting of His delight. He expected justice but saw bloodshed; He expected righteousness but heard cries of distress.

7For the lips of a priest should guard knowledge, and people should seek instruction from his mouth, because he is the messenger of the Lord of Hosts.
8But you have turned aside from the way, and by your teaching have caused many to stumble. You have violated the covenant with Levi, says the Lord of Hosts.
9So I have also made you despised and humiliated before all the people, because you have not kept My ways but have shown partiality in matters of the law.
10Hear the word of the LORD, you rulers of Sodom; listen to the instruction of our God, you people of Gomorrah.
13Listen and testify against the house of Jacob,” declares the Lord God, the God of hosts.
1Hear this word that the Lord has spoken against you, O people of Israel, against the whole family that I brought up from the land of Egypt:
15Listen and pay attention! Do not be proud, for the LORD has spoken.
4Hear this, you who trample on the needy and seek to destroy the poor of the land,
4Her prophets are reckless, treacherous men; her priests have profaned the sanctuary and have done violence to the law.
18Therefore hear, O nations; observe, O congregation, what is among them!

8The priests did not ask, ‘Where is the LORD?’ Those who handle the law did not know me; the shepherds rebelled against me; the prophets prophesied by Baal and followed worthless things.
5So I will go to the great leaders and speak to them, for they should know the way of the Lord, the justice of their God. But they too, as one, have broken off the yoke and torn off the bonds.
3Say, ‘Hear the word of the LORD, you kings of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem. This is what the LORD Almighty, the God of Israel, says: I am about to bring disaster on this place that will make the ears of anyone who hears of it tingle.
20Say to them, 'Listen to the word of the LORD, you kings of Judah, all Judah, and all the inhabitants of Jerusalem who enter through these gates.'
13Put on sackcloth and mourn, you priests; wail, you ministers of the altar. Come, spend the night in sackcloth, you who minister to my God, for grain offerings and drink offerings are withheld from the house of your God.
1Hear this word, you cows of Bashan who are on Mount Samaria, who oppress the poor and crush the needy, who say to your masters, 'Bring us something to drink!'
5For if you truly amend your ways and your deeds, if you truly execute justice between a person and their neighbor,

11Now listen to me! Send back your captives whom you have taken from your relatives, for the LORD’s fierce anger is against you.
5Therefore I have hewn them by the prophets; I have slain them with the words of My mouth, and My judgments shine like light.
