8 The LORD is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in steadfast love.
19 But I ask, did Israel not understand? First, Moses says: 'I will make you jealous of those who are not a nation; with a foolish nation, I will make you angry.'
12 Moses said to the LORD, 'See, You have been telling me, ‘Lead this people,’ but You have not let me know whom You will send with me. Yet You have said, ‘I know you by name, and you have found favor in My eyes.’
6 Why do you harden your hearts as the Egyptians and Pharaoh hardened their hearts? When he dealt severely with them, didn’t they let the Israelites go, and they departed?
14 Then the Lord said to Moses, "Pharaoh’s heart is stubborn; he refuses to let the people go.
35 So Pharaoh's heart was hard and he would not let the Israelites go, just as the Lord had said through Moses.
15 But You, O Lord, are a God who is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.
