11Let us therefore labor to enter into that rest, lest anyone fall after the same example of unbelief.
51You stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, you always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do you.

7If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom a father does not chasten?
3And this we will do, if God permits.
1God, who at various times and in different manners spoke in times past to the fathers by the prophets,
2Has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds;
16Because it is written, "Be holy; for I am holy."
17And if you call on the Father, who without respect of persons judges according to each one's work, conduct yourselves throughout the time of your stay here in reverent fear;

29Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace?
