7 And I will set my face against them; they shall go out from one fire, and another fire shall devour them; and you shall know that I am the LORD, when I set my face against them.
7 Therefore thus says the LORD of hosts, Behold, I will melt them, and test them; for how shall I do for the daughter of my people?
17 You have wearied the LORD with your words. Yet you say, How have we wearied him? When you say, Everyone that does evil is good in the sight of the LORD, and he delights in them; or, Where is the God of justice?
16 The anger of the LORD has scattered them; he will no longer regard them; they showed no respect to the priests, nor favored the elders.
27 Therefore, son of man, speak to the house of Israel, and say to them, Thus says the Lord GOD; Yet in this your fathers have blasphemed me, in that they have committed a trespass against me.
30 For the children of Judah have done evil in my sight, says the LORD: they have set their abominations in the house which is called by my name, to defile it.
17 For the LORD of hosts, who planted you, has pronounced evil against you for the evil of the house of Israel and of the house of Judah, which they have done against themselves to provoke me to anger in offering incense to Baal.
32 Not for your sakes do I this, says the Lord GOD, be it known to you: be ashamed and confounded for your own ways, O house of Israel.
19 And when the LORD saw it, he abhorred them, because of the provoking of his sons, and of his daughters.
9 Shall I not visit for these things? says the LORD: and shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?
10 This they shall have for their pride, because they have reproached and magnified themselves against the people of the LORD of hosts.
14 And they have not cried unto me with their heart, when they howled upon their beds: they gather themselves for grain and wine, and they rebel against me.
7 It may be they will present their supplication before the LORD, and each will turn from his evil way; for great is the anger and the fury that the LORD has pronounced against this people.
9 Shall I not visit them for these things? says the LORD: shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?
27 And the anger of the LORD was kindled against this land, to bring upon it all the curses that are written in this book:
17 Then my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall befall them; so that they will say in that day, Are not these evils come upon us, because our God is not among us?
