21 Afterward I went into the regions of Syria and Cilicia,
22 And I was unknown by face to the churches of Judea which are in Christ.
23 But they were only hearing, 'He who formerly persecuted us now preaches the faith he once tried to destroy.'
24 And they glorified God because of me.

11 And since I could not see for the glory of that light, being led by the hand of those who were with me, I came into Damascus.
17 And it happened, when I returned to Jerusalem, and while I prayed in the temple, I was in a trance,
19 serving the Lord with all humility, with many tears and trials which happened to me by the plotting of the Jews;
2 And requested letters from him to the synagogues of Damascus, so that if he found any who were of the Way, whether men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem.
3 Paul wanted him to go with him, and took and circumcised him because of the Jews who were in those places; for they knew that his father was a Greek.
11 Because you may understand that there are only twelve days since I went up to Jerusalem to worship.
