30For the people of Judah have done evil in my sight, declares the LORD. They have set up their detestable idols in the house that bears my name to defile it.

30For the sons of Israel and the sons of Judah have only done what is evil in My eyes since their youth. Indeed, the sons of Israel have only provoked Me to anger by the work of their hands, declares the LORD.
2The descendants of Israel separated themselves from all foreigners, stood, and confessed their sins and the iniquities of their ancestors.
17Yet they did not listen to their judges but prostituted themselves by worshiping other gods. They turned quickly from the way their ancestors had walked in obedience to the LORD’s commandments. They did not do as their ancestors had done.

23If we have built an altar to turn away from following the LORD, or to offer burnt offerings or grain offerings, or to offer fellowship sacrifices on it, may the LORD Himself call us to account.
13For your gods, Judah, are as numerous as your cities; and the altars you have set up to the shameful thing, altars to burn incense to Baal, are as many as the streets of Jerusalem.
