28And do not be frightened in any way by those who oppose you. This is a sign to them of their destruction, but of your salvation—and that from God.
20For this reason, I have asked to see you and to speak with you. It is because of the hope of Israel that I am bound with this chain.
2I beg you that when I am present, I will not have to be bold with the confidence I consider using against some, who think we live according to the flesh.
13I wanted to keep him with me so that he might minister to me in my chains for the gospel on your behalf.
