8See, I have set the land before you. Go and take possession of the land that the LORD swore to give to your fathers—to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob—and to their descendants after them.
17When the sun had set and darkness had fallen, a smoking oven and a burning torch appeared and passed between the divided pieces.

3And Abram said, "You have given me no children, so a servant in my household will be my heir."

4It then passed to Azmon and continued to the Brook of Egypt, with its boundary reaching the Mediterranean Sea. This was the southern boundary.
