12Her rich men are full of violence; her inhabitants speak lies, and their tongues are deceitful in their mouths.
13Their wealth will become plunder, and their houses a desolation. They will build houses but not live in them, and they will plant vineyards but not drink their wine.
2He said to me, 'Son of man, these are the men who plan evil and give wicked advice in this city.'
3They say, 'It is not time to build houses; this city is the pot, and we are the meat.'
6For this is what the Lord of Hosts says: Cut down trees and build a siege ramp against Jerusalem. This city must be punished; it is filled with oppression.
23Prepare chains, for the land is full of bloodshed, and the city is full of violence.
17But your eyes and heart are set only on your dishonest gain, on shedding innocent blood, and on oppression and violence.
6You have multiplied your slain in this city and filled its streets with the dead.
