12Woe to him who builds a city with bloodshed and establishes a town with injustice!

3Then say, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: You city that sheds blood in her midst to bring her time closer, and makes idols to defile herself,
17At that time they will call Jerusalem the Throne of the LORD, and all the nations will gather in Jerusalem to honor the name of the LORD. They will no longer follow the stubbornness of their evil hearts.
10The leaders of Judah are like those who move boundary stones; I will pour out my wrath on them like water.

21Prepare a place of slaughter for his sons because of the iniquity of their fathers. Let them not rise to possess the land or fill the face of the earth with cities.

13Woe to him who builds his house without righteousness and his upper rooms without justice, making his neighbor work for nothing and not paying him for his labor.
