16 I will seek the lost, bring back the scattered, bind up the injured, and strengthen the weak. But the fat and the strong I will destroy—I will shepherd them with justice.
12 As they go, I will spread my net over them; I will bring them down like birds of the sky. I will discipline them as their assembly has heard.
13 I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt so that you would no longer be slaves to them; I broke the bars of your yoke and enabled you to walk with heads held high.

14 For I will be like a lion to Ephraim, and like a young lion to the house of Judah. I will tear them to pieces and go away; I will carry them off, and no one will rescue them.
4 Which I commanded your ancestors on the day I brought them out of the land of Egypt, out of the iron furnace, saying: Obey my voice and do everything I command you, and you will be my people, and I will be your God.
15 The LORD said to me, 'Take again the equipment of a foolish shepherd.
16 For behold, I am raising up a shepherd in the land who will not care for those being destroyed, seek the young, heal the injured, or feed the healthy, but will eat the meat of the fat sheep and tear off their hooves.'

15 But the Lord took me from tending the flock and said to me, 'Go, prophesy to My people Israel.'
5 So that I may seize the house of Israel by their hearts, because they have all turned away from me through their idols.
