    15You will be a reproach, a mockery, a warning, and a horror to the nations around you when I execute judgments against you in anger, wrath, and furious rebukes! I, the LORD, have spoken.

    10Confuse, O Lord, and divide their speech, for I have seen violence and strife in the city.

    11Day and night they surround it on its walls, and trouble and wickedness are within it.
