  • 13 But I said, "Ah, Sovereign LORD, the prophets are telling them, 'You will not see the sword or suffer famine, but I will give you lasting peace in this place.'"

  • 46 Do not let your heart grow faint, and do not be afraid of the rumors heard in the land. One year a rumor will come, and the next year another rumor—violence in the land and ruler against ruler.

  • 47 Panic and pitfall have come upon us, devastation and destruction.

  • 22 The sound of battle is in the land—a great destruction.

  • 14 Then the LORD said to me, 'From the north disaster will be poured out on all who live in the land.'

  • 10 Then I said, 'Ah, Lord GOD, surely you have utterly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, ‘You will have peace,’ when the sword is at their throats.'
