19 And when we departed from Horeb, we went through all that great and terrible wilderness, which you saw by the way of the mountain of the Amorites, as the LORD our God commanded us; and we came to Kadesh Barnea.
40 But as for you, turn, and take your journey into the wilderness by the way of the Red Sea.
5 I sent Moses and Aaron, and I afflicted Egypt according to what I did among them: and afterward I brought you out.
6 And I brought your fathers out of Egypt: and you came to the sea; and the Egyptians pursued your fathers with chariots and horsemen to the Red Sea.

7 Remember, and do not forget, how you provoked the LORD your God to wrath in the wilderness: from the day that you departed out of the land of Egypt, until you came to this place, you have been rebellious against the LORD.
8 Also in Horeb you provoked the LORD to wrath, so that the LORD was angry with you to destroy you.
6 Neither did they say, Where is the LORD who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, who led us through the wilderness, through a land of deserts and of pits, through a land of drought, and of the shadow of death, through a land that no one passed through, and where no one lived?
27 And you murmured in your tents, and said, Because the LORD hates us, He has brought us out of the land of Egypt, to deliver us into the hand of the Amorites, to destroy us.
16 But when Israel came up from Egypt, and walked through the wilderness to the Red Sea, and came to Kadesh;
2 And you shall remember all the way which the LORD your God led you these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you, and to test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep his commandments, or not.
5 And I have led you forty years in the wilderness: your clothes have not worn out upon you, and your shoes have not worn out upon your feet.
10 Also I brought you up from the land of Egypt, and led you forty years through the wilderness, to possess the land of the Amorite.
11 And they said to Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, have you taken us away to die in the wilderness? why have you dealt with us in this way, to bring us out of Egypt?
23 For the LORD your God dried up the waters of the Jordan from before you, until you had crossed over, as the LORD your God did to the Red Sea, which He dried up from before us, until we had crossed over,
34 Or has God attempted to go and take him a nation from the midst of another nation, by trials, by signs, by wonders, by war, by a mighty hand, by a stretched out arm, and by great terrors, according to all that the LORD your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?
25 Did you offer to me sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness for forty years, O house of Israel?
17 Remember what Amalek did to you on the way, when you came forth out of Egypt;
22 And at Taberah, and at Massah, and at Kibroth-hattaavah, you provoked the LORD to wrath.
23 Likewise when the LORD sent you from Kadesh-barnea, saying, Go up and possess the land which I have given you; then you rebelled against the commandment of the LORD your God, and you did not believe him, nor listen to his voice.
11 You divided the sea before them, so that they went through the midst of the sea on the dry land; and You threw their pursuers into the depths, as a stone into the mighty waters.
2 And Moses called to all Israel, and said to them, You have seen all that the LORD did before your eyes in the land of Egypt to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land;
4 And why have you brought the congregation of the LORD into this wilderness so that we and our livestock should die here?
12 You stretched out your right hand, the earth swallowed them.
15 You gave them bread from heaven for their hunger, and brought forth water for them out of the rock for their thirst, and promised them that they would go in to possess the land which You had sworn to give them.
20 But the LORD has taken you, and brought you forth out of the iron furnace, even out of Egypt, to be to him a people of inheritance, as you are this day.
9 And I delivered you out of the hand of the Egyptians, and out of the hand of all who oppressed you, and drove them out from before you, and gave you their land;
36 He brought them out, after he showed wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red Sea, and in the wilderness for forty years.
5 (I stood between the LORD and you at that time, to show you the word of the LORD: for you were afraid because of the fire, and did not go up into the mountain;) saying,
16 (For you know how we lived in the land of Egypt; and how we came through the nations which you passed by;
15 For indeed the hand of the LORD was against them, to destroy them from the camp, until they were consumed.
28 Lest the land from which you brought us out say, Because the LORD was not able to bring them into the land which he promised them, and because he hated them, he has brought them out to kill them in the wilderness.
9 And he has brought us into this place, and has given us this land, even a land flowing with milk and honey.
7 For the LORD your God has blessed you in all the works of your hands; He knows your walking through this great wilderness. These forty years the LORD your God has been with you; you have lacked nothing.
26 And the LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
6 For the children of Israel walked forty years in the wilderness, till all the people who were men of war, who came out of Egypt, were consumed, because they did not obey the voice of the LORD, to whom the LORD swore that He would not show them the land which the LORD had sworn to their fathers that He would give us, a land flowing with milk and honey.
21 For forty years You sustained them in the wilderness, so that they lacked nothing; their clothes did not wear out and their feet did not swell.
7 And when you came to this place, Sihon the king of Heshbon, and Og the king of Bashan, came out against us to battle, and we struck them down:
