    13When Athaliah heard the noise of the guards and the people, she came to the people in the temple of the LORD.

The commanders and the trumpeters were with the king, and all the people of the land were rejoicing and blowing trumpets. The singers with their musical instruments were leading in songs of praise. Then Athaliah tore her garments and shouted, 'Treason! Treason!'

    14Jehoiada the priest brought out the commanders of hundreds who were in charge of the troops and said to them, 'Take her out between the ranks and put to death with the sword anyone who follows her.' For the priest said, 'Do not put her to death in the house of the Lord.'
