12Then you will not become sluggish, but will imitate those who, through faith and patience, inherit the promises.

19My brothers and sisters, if anyone among you strays from the truth and someone turns them back,

7Therefore, do not be partners with them.

9But we are confident of better things concerning you, dear friends—things that accompany salvation—even though we speak in this way.
10But you have closely followed my teaching, conduct, purpose, faith, patience, love, and endurance.
5This faith and love spring from the hope stored up for you in heaven, which you have already heard about in the word of truth, the gospel.
8Therefore, we ought to support people like these so that we may be fellow workers for the truth.
