4 Zedekiah, king of Judah, will not escape from the hands of the Chaldeans. He will certainly be handed over to the king of Babylon; they will speak face to face and see each other directly.
5 He will take Zedekiah to Babylon, where he will stay until I deal with him, declares the LORD. If you fight against the Chaldeans, you will not succeed.
18 But if you will not surrender to the officers of the king of Babylon, this city will be given into the hands of the Babylonians, and they will burn it down; you yourself will not escape from their hands.’"

15 And do not let Hezekiah make you trust in the LORD by saying, ‘The LORD will surely rescue us; this city will not be handed over to the king of Assyria.’
9 Whoever remains in this city will die by the sword, famine, and plague. But whoever goes out and surrenders to the Chaldeans who are besieging you will live; they shall save their life as a prize.
10 For I have set my face against this city for disaster and not for good, declares the LORD. It will be given into the hand of the king of Babylon, who will burn it with fire.
33 Therefore, this is what the LORD says about the king of Assyria: He will not enter this city or shoot an arrow here. He will not come before it with a shield or build a siege ramp against it.
34 By the way he came, he will return; he will not enter this city, declares the LORD.
