20Declare this to the house of Jacob and proclaim it in Judah, saying:
2Listen, all you peoples; pay attention, Earth and all that fills it! The Lord God will act as a witness against you from His holy temple.

22I will also praise you with the harp for your faithfulness, my God; I will sing praises to you with the lyre, Holy One of Israel.
12I have revealed and saved and proclaimed— I, and not some foreign god among you. You are My witnesses,' declares the LORD, 'that I am God.'
