14The Lord has given a command concerning you, Nineveh: 'Your name will no longer be perpetuated. Out of the house of your gods I will destroy the carved image and the cast idol. I will prepare your grave, for you are vile.'
16I will pronounce My judgments against them for all their evil in forsaking Me, burning incense to other gods, and worshiping the works of their own hands.

9Have you not driven out the priests of the LORD, the descendants of Aaron, and the Levites, and appointed your own priests like the peoples of other lands? Whoever comes with a young bull and seven rams can become a priest of what are not gods.
11'Because Manasseh king of Judah has done these detestable things, acting more wickedly than all the Amorites who were before him, and has caused Judah to sin with his idols,'
22I will make your house like the house of Jeroboam son of Nebat and like the house of Baasha son of Ahijah, because you have provoked My anger and have caused Israel to sin.'
26But they were disobedient and rebelled against You. They cast Your law behind their backs and killed Your prophets who warned them to turn back to You. They committed terrible blasphemies.
9And the people will answer, 'Because they abandoned the LORD their God, who brought their ancestors out of Egypt, and they embraced other gods, worshiped them, and served them. That is why the LORD brought all this disaster on them.'
16I saw that you had sinned against the LORD your God. You had made a molten calf for yourselves. You had quickly turned aside from the way the LORD had commanded you.
21For when Israel was torn from the house of David, they made Jeroboam son of Nebat king. Jeroboam drove Israel away from following the Lord and led them into great sin.
26He walked in all the ways of Jeroboam son of Nebat and in his sins, which he caused Israel to commit, provoking the Lord, the God of Israel, to anger with their worthless idols.
19But if you turn away and forsake the statutes and commandments I have set before you, and go and serve other gods and worship them,

9But Manasseh led Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem astray, so that they did more evil than the nations the LORD had destroyed before the Israelites.
11There, on all the high places, they burned incense as the nations whom the Lord had driven out before them had done. They did wicked things that provoked the Lord to anger.
12They served idols, about which the Lord had said to them, 'You shall not do this thing.'

47You not only followed their ways and acted according to their detestable practices but in a very short time, you became more depraved than they were in all your ways.
19Your own wickedness will discipline you; your backslidings will rebuke you. Consider and see how evil and bitter it is for you to forsake the LORD your God and to have no fear of me,” declares the Lord, the LORD Almighty.

9But they did not listen. Manasseh led them astray to do more evil than the nations that the LORD had destroyed before the Israelites.
29Why do you bring charges against me? You have all rebelled against me,” declares the LORD.
