22 Now the children of Israel, the whole congregation, journeyed from Kadesh and came to Mount Hor.
23 And the LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron in Mount Hor, by the border of the land of Edom, saying,
11 And they said to Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, have you taken us away to die in the wilderness? why have you dealt with us in this way, to bring us out of Egypt?
12 Is not this the word that we told you in Egypt, saying, Let us alone, that we may serve the Egyptians? For it would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians, than to die in the wilderness.
8 And when we passed by from our brethren, the children of Esau, who dwelt in Seir, through the way of the plain from Elath and from Ezion-geber, we turned and passed by the way of the wilderness of Moab.
16 (For you know how we lived in the land of Egypt; and how we came through the nations which you passed by;

4 And they journeyed from Mount Hor by the way of the Red Sea, to go around the land of Edom: and the soul of the people was much discouraged because of the way.
22 And Moses returned to the Lord and said, Lord, why have you mistreated this people? Why is it that you have sent me?
19 And Israel sent messengers to Sihon king of the Amorites, the king of Heshbon; and Israel said to him, Let us pass, we pray you, through your land to my place.
13 Is it a small thing that you have brought us up out of a land that flows with milk and honey, to kill us in the wilderness, unless you make yourself altogether a prince over us?
26 And the LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
21 And Israel sent messengers to Sihon king of the Amorites, saying,
8 And he said, "Which way shall we go up?" And he answered, "The way through the wilderness of Edom."
27 And you murmured in your tents, and said, Because the LORD hates us, He has brought us out of the land of Egypt, to deliver us into the hand of the Amorites, to destroy us.
6 And the Egyptians mistreated us, and afflicted us, and laid upon us hard bondage:
9 And Moses spoke so to the children of Israel: but they did not listen to Moses because of anguish of spirit and cruel bondage.
10 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

29 And Moses said to Hobab, the son of Raguel the Midianite, Moses' father-in-law, We are journeying to the place which the LORD said, I will give it to you: come with us, and we will do you good: for the LORD has spoken good concerning Israel.
4 And command the people, saying, You are to pass through the coast of your brethren, the children of Esau, who dwell in Seir, and they shall be afraid of you; take good heed to yourselves therefore.
2 Therefore the people quarreled with Moses, and said, Give us water that we may drink. And Moses said to them, Why do you quarrel with me? Why do you test the LORD?
3 And the people were thirsty there for water; and the people grumbled against Moses, and said, Why have you brought us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our children and our cattle with thirst?
40 But as for you, turn, and take your journey into the wilderness by the way of the Red Sea.
1 And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
