1Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him,

2And you are proud! Shouldn't you rather have mourned so that the one who has done this would be removed from among you?

7Reflect on what I am saying, for the Lord will give you understanding in everything.
2I beg you that when I am present, I will not have to be bold with the confidence I consider using against some, who think we live according to the flesh.
