18 As for the king of Judah who sent you to inquire of the LORD, you shall say to him: ‘Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel: Regarding the words you have heard,
8 Be warned, Jerusalem, or I will become alienated from you and make you a desolation, a land uninhabited.
5 I will deliver all the wealth of this city, all its products, all its valuable possessions, and all the treasures of the kings of Judah into the hands of their enemies. They will plunder them, take them, and carry them off to Babylon.'
6 For this is what the LORD says about the house of the king of Judah: Though you are like Gilead to me, like the peak of Lebanon, yet I will surely make you into a wilderness, uninhabited cities.
8 Many nations will pass by this city and ask one another, 'Why has the LORD done such a thing to this great city?'
10 For I have set my face against this city for disaster and not for good, declares the LORD. It will be given into the hand of the king of Babylon, who will burn it with fire.
28 So I will disgrace the officials of the sanctuary, and deliver Jacob to destruction and Israel to scorn.
14 I will make you a ruin and a reproach among the nations around you, in the sight of all who pass by.
12 Say to the rebellious house, ‘Do you not understand what these things mean? Tell them: The king of Babylon came to Jerusalem, took its king and officials, and brought them back with him to Babylon.
20 The LORD will send curses, confusion, and rebuke in everything you undertake until you are destroyed and come to sudden ruin because of the evil of your deeds, by which you have forsaken Me.
15 For I am summoning all the clans and kingdoms of the north,' declares the LORD. 'They will come, and each will set up his throne at the entrance of the gates of Jerusalem, around all her walls, and against all the cities of Judah.
6 For this is what the Lord of Hosts says: Cut down trees and build a siege ramp against Jerusalem. This city must be punished; it is filled with oppression.
32 I will bring the land to desolation so that even your enemies who live there will be appalled by it.
