Because the Lord has been a witness between you and the wife of your youth. You have been unfaithful to her, though she is your companion and the wife of your covenant. 15 Did not God make them one, with a portion of His spirit in their union? And what was the one seeking? Godly offspring. So guard yourselves in your spirit, and do not be unfaithful to the wife of your youth.
